Plonk Wine Co is a UK online wine club that sells small-batch wines from independent producers, with carbon-neutral delivery and fully recyclable packaging. Plonk came to us on a recommendation, having heard we had a good setup.

What we did
We managed Plonk's domain hosting, provided its monthly IT support and looked after seven Microsoft 365 Business Basic licences for the team, spending roughly 2 hours a month on it.
Business Basic gives each person business email on the company's own domain, calendars and Teams, with Word, Excel and PowerPoint in the browser and on mobile, which suits a small team that works mainly online.
Because the domain, the email and the support all sat with one team, a problem with any of them went to the same place.
