Modi was frustrated by the lack of support from its hosting provider. We took over its domain hosting and Microsoft 365 email, and whenever something didn't make sense, they emailed us and we talked them through it.

Where they were
Modi is a luxury lighting and furniture retailer based in Hove, selling contemporary pieces online and sourcing for residential and commercial projects. Its domain and email sat with a large hosting provider, and the lack of support from that provider had left the business thoroughly frustrated.

We hosted Modi's domain and managed its Microsoft 365 email.

When something didn't make sense, they dropped us an email and we talked them through it, which they weren't able to easily do before.
