Where they were
Château Méaume is a family Bordeaux château on the Right Bank, 15 minutes from Pomerol, where wine has been made since 1795. Alongside its wines, the family runs a farmhouse stay on the estate. They came to us because they wanted someone to look after their Microsoft 365.
What we did
We manage Château Méaume's Microsoft 365 email, spending about an hour a month on it.
What changed
When something doesn't make sense, the family calls us and we talk them through it, which they weren't able to easily do before.
